Another handy way to take care of your banking needs

There may be times when you can’t get to an ATM, don’t have Internet access, and our Solution Centre is closed. Telephone Banking can help. It allows you to:

  • Access account information such as balances, withdrawals and deposits
  • Pay bills, now or in the future
  • Cancel, stop or reverse payments
  • Transfer funds between accounts or make payments on loans
  • Check rates, service charges, branch locations and hours of operation

Getting Started

To start banking by phone, you need to set up a telephone Personal Access Code (PAC). This PAC is different than the one you may have for Online Banking and must be set up separately. You can do this in person at a branch or by phone with our Solution Centre. (And if you ever want to change your PAC, you can do so within the system. Just listen for the option in the prompts.)

The number to call

Once you have your Telephone Banking PAC, you can get started right away.

Telephone Banking has a unique number to call: 604.980.6728 or toll-free at 1.888.713.6777.

Once you log in, simply follow the prompts. They’re quite straightforward, but if you have any trouble or have issues accessing the system, contact the Solution Centre at the number below.
