Online Banking makes it easy to download your statements

With Online Banking, you can easily download your statements into your favourite financial software including Quicken, Quickbooks, Microsoft Money and Sage 50 Accounting. You can also simply export the data into Excel (.CSV file) or to a PDF.

Please note: Built-in OFX (foreign exchange) retrieval is not supported. Clients must log in to Online Banking to retrieve OFX information.

To download your statement, login to Online Banking:

  • On the Account Summary page, click on View account activity in the left-hand menu under My Accounts.
  • Select the Account and transaction range, either by most recent, by a date range or monthly.
  • Click the arrow to open the Advanced Options. Here you can specify which type of transactions you want (e.g., only withdrawals), but more importantly, click Format to specify which program or format you wish to download to.
  • Click Submit.

The download feature will display a warning advising you that our Enhanced Security will be temporarily disabled to allow you to download the file. There is also a reminder to delete the file if you are using a public computer.

Depending on the configuration of your financial software, your statement might be automatically imported. If not, you will be prompted to save a file to your computer's hard drive so it can be imported into your software later.

For further assistance with your specific application, please contact the software manufacturer for support.
