By voting in the Board of Directors election and participating in the AGM, you’re helping to shape Beem’s future as we build a credit union for all British Columbians—together.

As a division of Beem Credit Union, BlueShore Financial is already seeing early benefits of coming together – and this is just the beginning.

• On January 1, 2025, four of BlueShore’s existing Board Members joined Beem Credit Union’s Board of Directors. They are already helping to build a more innovative and competitive credit union, while also honouring the strong foundation and 84 years of history that BlueShore brings.
• As of February 4, BlueShore members and clients may now visit any one of Beem’s 66 branches throughout the province to complete your everyday transactions.
• Members of BlueShore are also owners of Beem Credit Union, which means eligible members can participate in Beem’s first-ever Director Election and Annual General Meeting this spring. Continue reading for more details on how you can get involved.

Board of Directors Election | March 13-31, 2025

Use your voice to help Beem shine in 2025, and beyond. Eligible BlueShore members are encouraged to use their voice and vote in Beem’s first Director Election. Beem's Board of Directors do more than govern, they bring unique expertise, drive forward-thinking strategies, and amplify the voice of Beem’s 194,000 members. They play a critical role in determining how we will achieve our shared vision of financial wellness for all British Columbians.

Annual General Meeting | April 15, 2025

Join us online or in person across BC for this special Annual General Meeting (AGM) as we celebrate joining Beem Credit Union. You’ll hear highlights from the past year, have your questions answered, and learn about how we will continue working toward our vision of financial wellness for all in 2025, and beyond.

Members can take part in one of three ways: 

1. Attend the Main Event in Kelowna, BC 
2. Join an in-person streaming event being held at our Aldergrove, Burnaby, Fort St. John, Grand Forks, Prince George and Whistler branches
3. Tune in online from anywhere
