Easy options to change your PIN

Your BlueShore Access Card personal identification number (PIN) is a security code for verifying your identity and should be kept secret. If your PIN is compromised or you would like to change it to something easier for you to remember, it’s easy to do.

If you know it

To change your existing PIN, stop by your local branch, call the Solution Centre, or do it yourself at any THE EXCHANGE® or ACCULINK® ATM across Canada, including BlueShore ATMs.

If you’ve forgotten it

If you have forgotten your PIN, you need to contact BlueShore’s Solution Centre. They can provide you with a temporary PIN, but you will need to be able to get to a BlueShore, THE EXCHANGE or ACCULINK ATM to reset your PIN within a one-hour window.

We recommend that you call the Solution Centre when you are standing at a participating ATM, and as long as we already have security questions for you on file that we can use to verify your identity, we will be able to reset your PIN and walk you through how to change it at the ATM.

If we don’t have security questions for you on file, you will have to come into a branch to make the PIN change.
