When you receive your new card in the mail, activate through the CardWise app or online platform or by calling the number on the sticker affixed to the front of your card. When calling in, you will be required to enter your credit card number, your date of birth (MMYY), and the 3 digit security code on the back of your card. Upon activation you will be prompted to select a PIN through Collabria’s PINNOW service. Once your card is activated and you have selected your PIN, you can begin using your card.
You can change your PIN through the CardWise app or online platform, at any Exchange ATM, including BlueShore’s ATMs, or by calling Collabria’s PINNOW Service at 1.844.788.2725. Please note that you must know your current PIN to change it at an ATM.
