Online Banking gives you the freedom to do your banking whenever, wherever you choose: access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You never have to wait in line or try to reach the branch before it closes. With the click of your mouse, you can view your account, transfer funds, or pay your bills.

To sign up for Online Banking, simply visit any branch or call our Solution Centre.

  • If you already have an Access Card (debit card), we’ll simply set you up with a temporary Personal Access Code (PAC) so you can log in. (You can change this at your convenience). Both your Access Card number and PAC are required to log in.
  • If you don’t have an Access Card (debit card), visit your local branch to pick one up – our staff can assign your temporary Personal Access Code (PAC) and show you how to log in and change your PAC on the spot. If that’s not convenient, phone the Solution Centre and they can have a card mailed to you. You can then call back to get your temporary PAC.
  • Enhanced  security to protect your account. When setting up your Online Banking account, you will be prompted to activate 2-Step Verification (2SV). This is a required security feature on all online accounts. Learn more on set-up and functionality.
