Attending our AGM is a great way to learn more about your credit union and hear from your Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team. Due to COVID-19 we will be holding our 2020 AGM virtually. Log in to hear about BlueShore Financial’s achievements during the past year, changes made to better meet the needs of our members and future plans.

The online AGM will still allow you to vote and ask questions remotely. Eligible voting members, including business members, will receive unique member login credentials and instructions either via standard mail or email the week of July 6th. Guests are welcome but will not be able to actively participate.

Joining the virtual AGM

BlueShore has partnered with LUMI, an AGM platform provider, so members can ask questions and vote while watching the AGM webcast.

Here are the steps to join the webcast. You can attend using your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

  1. Ensure you are using the most recent version of your web browser (e.g., Chrome, Bing, Firefox, Safari). Internet Explorer is not compatible.

  2. Log in a few minutes before the meeting starts. You will be able to do this any time after 1:00pm, one hour before the start of the meeting.

  3. Click on the following link to go to the AGM meeting site: https://web.lumiagm.com/119903433. You can also cut and paste the URL into your web browser or simply type it in.

  4. If you are a member with voting privileges, select "I have a login" and enter the unique username and password that were sent to you in advance by email or letter (week of July 6th).

    • Username: the unique identifier you were provided in your letter or email
    • Password: blueshore2020 (case sensitive)

    (If you prefer to not log in or do not have voting privileges, you may view the webcast as a Guest by selecting "I am a guest". You will be asked to enter your name and email address. Please note, guests are not able to vote or ask questions.)

  5. If you are using a computer, the webcast will appear automatically once the meeting starts. If you are viewing the webcast on a mobile phone, tap the broadcast icon Broadcast Icon to view the live stream.

How to ask a question

  • Voting members are eligible to ask questions during the meeting. Select the messaging icon Question Bubble, type your message within the chat text box and click send.
  • Questions may be submitted throughout the meeting; responses will be provided during the Q&A session following the presentations.

How to vote

  • Once a motion poll is opened, the voting options will be displayed.
  • Select the voting option of your choice.
  • A confirmation message will appear to show your vote has been received.
  • You can change your vote by simply selecting another option.
  • To cancel your vote, press Cancel prior to close of voting.

What if I can’t find my letter or email with my unique username?

If you are unable to locate the letter or email, contact our Solution Centre at 604.982.8000 (1.888.713.6728). They will be able to provide it to you.

What do I do if my username and/or password don’t work?

Please ensure you are entering them correctly, exactly as shown in the material we sent you. It is important that you enter the information with the correct upper and lower case. If this still does not work, our Solution Centre will be available both before and during the webcast and will be able to check your username. Contact them at 604.982.8000 (1.888.713.6728).

I’m a member of BlueShore. Why did I not receive a unique username and password?

The likely reason is that while you are a member, you may not be able to vote. Only members in good standing at April 30, 2020, are eligible. If you became a member after that date, you will not be able to vote but are welcome to attend the AGM as a guest. Click the “location” link to the meeting above and select the “I am a guest” option. If you were a member prior to April 30, 2020, please call the Solution Centre at 604.982.8000 (1.888.713.6728) and they will be able to assist you with your unique username.
